3.1 It can be cured at room temperature or accelerated by heating (recommended curing temperature ≤60℃);

The above test results were obtained after the surface of the experimental sample was dried and then continued to cure at room temperature (25℃, 55%RH) for 168h. If the customer needs to do any type of test, it is necessary to continue to cure at room temperature (25℃, 55%RH) for 168h after the surface of the test sample is dry. If the test needs to be accelerated, it can be baked at 60℃ for 24 hours and cooled for testing.
5.1 Before coating, the coated parts need to be purified, clean the surface of the coated object, remove rust, dust and oil;
5.2 According to the structure and technical requirements of the pre-coated parts, the construction methods of spraying, spraying, dipping and brushing should be selected, and the application test should be done before use to make it more convenient to use, and the diluent should be reasonably used to adjust the coating viscosity according to the requirements of the coating process;
5.3 Put the covered part in the air, it can dry less than 20min at normal temperature. After the skin is formed, it is followed by the curing process from the surface to the inside. Within 24 hours (25±2℃,65±5%RH), the product will cure to a depth of 1~3mm, which can be accelerated by heating (≤60℃,65±5%RH). With the extension of time, the curing depth gradually increased to complete curing;
5.4 Based on the fast drying characteristics of the protective agent, such as dip coating or brush coating process, the paint liquid in the paint tank should be added in a small amount, and then added after use. If the viscosity increases, special thinner and fresh paint can be adjusted to the standard viscosity. If it is not expected to be used within 2 hours, pour the paint into the bucket and seal the lid.

7、Matters needing attention:
7.1 Storage environment requirements are 5~35 ° C, relative humidity 50~80%RH dry ventilated room, away from direct sunlight, the paint should be sealed and stored in a cool, dry place, away from fire and light storage, keep good ventilation.
7.2 The paint is irritating to the skin, avoid direct contact with the skin and eyes, if contact with the skin, please wash with soapy water, if contact with the eyes, please seek medical attention in real time.
7.3 Before use or after thinning, please stir well before use.
7.4 After sizing is completed, the unfinished glue should be tightened and sealed immediately. When used again, if there is a little cleanliness in the seal, it can be removed without affecting normal use. Glue in the storage process, the container mouth may also appear a small amount of curing phenomenon, will be clear after normal use, does not affect the performance of the product. There may be a small amount of precipitation in the storage process, shake well before use, and do not affect product performance;
7.5 The product storage period is 6 months. Beyond the storage period, when the indicators are qualified, it can still be used.
