1. Product composition:


This product is based on the special modified UV resin as the main body of multi-copolymer copolymer and the corresponding catalytic conversion agent after polymerization and grafting modification, and then supplemented by special additives, modifiers and other reactions prepared UV three protection batch coating agent.

The above test results are obtained by spraying and coating the dry film with a thickness of 100um on the test plate, curing according to the recommended curing conditions, and then curing at room temperature for 168h.


If the customer needs to do any type test, it must ensure that the dry film thickness is not less than 100um and the paint film is completely cured before testing.


Unless otherwise specified, normal conditions refer to: temperature 23±2℃, humidity 55±5%Rh; Due to the specific production process and environment can not be evaluated, all test parameters

5、Construction method:



5.1 Before coating, the coated parts need to be purified, and there should be no dust, particles and other impurities;


5.2 According to the structure and technical requirements of the pre-coated parts, spraying, dipping and brushing construction methods are selected, and special diluents are reasonably used to adjust the viscosity of the coating according to the requirements of the coating process;


5.3 Based on the characteristics of rapid curing of the protective agent, such as dip coating or brush coating process, the paint liquid in the paint tank should be added in a small amount, and take measures to avoid light.


5.4 If manual coating construction is used, when the relative humidity is greater than 90±5%RH, the coating construction should be suspended to prevent adverse changes such as white paint and paint film. The construction of spray baking machine with hot air loop heating system is not affected by the environment.

Various performance tests

If any type of test is needed, it is necessary to continue to cure at room temperature after the surface of the test sample is dry for 168 hours.

In order to obtain the best test results, it can also be baked at 80℃ for 24 hours after cooling for testing.




7、Matters needing attention:


7.17.1 The storage environment shall be a dry and ventilated room with a temperature of -10~30 ° C and relative humidity ≤70%RH, away from direct sunlight. The paint solution shall be sealed and stored in a cool and dry place, away from fire and light, and kept well ventilated.


7.2 The paint is irritating to the skin, avoid direct contact with the skin and eyes, if contact with the skin, please wash with soapy water, if contact with eyes, please seek medical attention immediately.


7.3 Before use or after thinning, please stir well before use.

7.4 The product storage period is 6 months. Beyond the storage period, when the indicators are qualified, it can still be used.






8、Packaging, storage, transportation:


Iron drum sealed packaging, this product should be stored in -10~30℃ constant temperature dry environment, sealed in a dry place away from light, while isolating fire sources, away from heat sources. The storage period is 6 months, beyond the storage period, it is necessary to re-test according to the standard provisions, if the result meets the requirements, it can still be used, the product should be transported to prevent rain, sunlight exposure, and comply with the relevant provisions of the transport department for the transport of non-hazardous chemicals.





9、Safety and environmental regulations



This product does not belong to dangerous goods and contains active monomers. It should be used in accordance with the safety regulations of painting operations and technological operation specifications. Attention should be paid to keeping away from fire, ventilation, fire prevention, anti-static, anti-poisoning and other protective measures should be taken at the construction site。
